I can  clearly define the use of: hypnosis, subliminals, voice to skull "telepathy", robotics etc. the night before Rachelle O'Briens overdose (and for quite a period of time before this event.). 100% absolute.  It appears to include an advanced way for a  CIA declassification of the death of Kay Murray 20 years earlier who shot herself in Steve William's bed. Appears she also was a victim. Like a confession of an agent. New improved old script: girl, money, coke adultery, suicide. 
Note: The use of CIA should be : appears to be CIA. / National security etc.  No physical proof of this yet exists. My assumption is that the information I have received is true.
