I am seeking free legal input from lawyers (or others in the legal system) interested in one of the most interesting and beautiful  cases ever on this planet. It has been denied by the Minnesota Supreme Court. Since it appears to be a Federal Agency , I believe it has the right to go to the Supreme Court of the US.
